Redirecting My Perspective

If there’s one thing I’ve learned while being on this earth thus far, it’s that each day should be seen as a new beginning and a new chance to better yourself. One of my recent realizations has been that perspective is truly everything. Once you understand that you have the power to change your perspective, things will slowly but surely start to work in your favor.

When you change your perspective, your wellbeing will change along with it. I’ve realized that most people aren’t aware that their thoughts will manifest in the outer realm. This means that whatever you think internally, you will see externally, so it’s important to be conscious of how you think of both yourself and others.

You can start by replacing any negative thoughts with positive ones. For example, turn that “I cannot’” into an “I can”. When you do this, you will see that you have the power to accomplish anything and everything you put your mind to.

Set small goals for yourself to tackle throughout your day. If you’re a really bad procrastinator (like me) try to take a 20-minute break between the time you get home and the time you start your homework as opposed to the normal, 3+ hours. Or if you don’t do so well on a test, try to think of what you need to work on to improve your scores. Trust me, you’ll feel so much better if you look at things this way.

Just remember, that YOU have the power to do ANYTHING if you’re willing to change your perspective. I hoped this inspired some of you to go out and look at the world a little differently than you used to.

I wish you all nothing but love and light on the rest of your journey.
